Why this exists
Most people meet AI through one of two stories: that it is magic, or that it is a con. Neither story builds a working model of what the system is doing, and without one you cannot tell a good answer from a confident one.
Tool tutorials go stale as products are renamed and replaced. A model of the technology lasts: what the system is doing when it answers, why it fails the way it does, and what it costs to run.
ThinkModel teaches that model. Two courses, 24 units: one on how the technology works, one on how to operate it well. No coding is required for either.
What it isn't
Not a business. There is no company behind the site, no funding, and nothing for sale at the end of the last unit.
Not a certificate. The aim is the ability to look at an AI product and say what it is doing and where it will break, not a badge.
Not neutral about hype. The units name real tools, show them working, and show where they fail. A course that only shows the good case is marketing.
Free to read
All 24 units are free to read. No account, no payment, no email address, no chapter that stops halfway and asks you to upgrade. This is not an introductory offer.
An account exists for one reason: a few features cost real money each time they are used. The AI voice, read-aloud, the graded exercises, and saved progress need a code. The reading never will.
The course text and videos are licensed CC BY 4.0: free to copy, translate, adapt, and teach from, with attribution to ThinkModel. The full notice, including what it does not cover, is in the footer.

The shape will not change: read anything, pay for nothing, and take the material with you.
